Youth Conferences

Supported by the European Union and organised by Doh Eain’s Young City Shapers (YCS) alongside partner youth organisations, the annual Youth Conference provides a civic platform for Myanmar youth to discuss shared challenges and co-create practical solutions. Initiated with YC25 and established as an annual platform, the event brings together young changemakers, civil society groups, and European Union representatives for interactive dialogue. The multi-track programme combines workshops on participatory placemaking (The Place Game), climate action, gender equity in vocational training, and creative circular design. Complemented by panel discussions, pop-up creative markets, and art exhibitions, the conference strengthens youth-led civic networks and channels practical community recommendations directly to institutional partners.
